Florence man, 24, dies in I-74 exit ramp crash
Jetly Kincho, 24, of Florence died Thursday after his car struck a light pole on the Interstate 74 eastbound exit ramp in Green Township, Ohio. Green Township police say speed, drugs and alcohol are being investigated as possible factors.
