Businesses and community groups have until Oct. 9 to sign up as vendors for the 2026 Florence Y'alloween Fest, the city's annual Halloween celebration at Thomas More Stadium.

The city posted the registration announcement on Sept. 2. No late registrations will be accepted.

The fest runs Oct. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the stadium, 7950 Freedom Way. The city describes it as Florence's biggest event of the year. Costumed families gather for an evening of Halloween activities, collecting candy and treats at vendor booths.

Vendors can decorate their spaces and connect with families from Florence and surrounding areas. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a spot, according to the city.

Registration is handled through an online form linked on the city's website. Anyone with questions can contact the Florence Administration Department at 859-647-8177.
