A group of Boone County teens is recruiting crafters and small businesses for a holiday shopping event next month.
The Boone County 4-H Teen Leadership Club is looking for vendors for its 2026 Holiday Market, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21, and Sunday, Nov. 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. The market is the club's civic engagement project for the year, according to a post by the Boone County Cooperative Extension Service on X.
Richelle Davis, 4-H Youth Development extension agent for Boone County, is the point of contact for prospective vendors. Interested sellers can apply through an online form or by emailing Davis at [email protected]. Those are the only two ways to apply.
The Extension Service said no vendor fees will be collected before the day of the event. Vendor applications are $40 for a 4-by-8-foot space, $70 for an 8-by-8-foot space and $25 for a 4-H youth vendor or club. Vendors must participate both days of the market.
Where is the market?
The club's post did not name a venue. The Boone County Extension Office's main building at 6028 Camp Ernst Road has been undergoing major renovations throughout 2026. Davis and other 4-H Youth Development staff relocated earlier this year to the Florence office at 7111 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY 41042. Prospective vendors should confirm the location when they apply.
No application deadline was listed in the announcement. Vendors with questions can reach Davis by email or call the Extension Office at (859) 586-6101, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
